Prenatal Visits

We offer 3-4 prenatal visits where we go over your birth preferences, discuss all of your options you have when it comes to labor and delivery, breastfeeding, postpartum care, comfort measures, and labor/birthing positions. The prenatal visits will take place in the comfort of your choosing: your home, my office, or live zoom. 

Nutritional Support

It is very important that you have proper nutrition during your pregnancy. We will give you tips and tricks to increase your nutrition through easy home recipes, smoothies, and even learn how to choose the right meals at fast food restaurants. You will learn about the 8 Laws of Health, and how you can effectively integrate them into your busy schedule. And if you decide not to breastfeed, we will cover baby formula basics. 

Birthing Guidance

We are on call for you two weeks before & two weeks after your estimated due date. As soon as you know you're in labor, you will call your doula. We will provide continuous, in-person labor and birth support for you and your family. We will provide physical and emotional support. Our goal is that you have a healthy, safe, and satisfying birth.

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding is one of the most rewarding parts of motherhood, but it can be painful and frustrating if not done correctly. We successfully breastfed our babies well into toddlerhood. We offer education and support, both virtually and in-person, to guide you in breastfeeding and pumping. And if you change your mind about breastfeeding, we will cover baby formula basics. 

Virtual Support

We will provide you with unlimited phone, texts, video chats, & email support. We will be available virtually for check-ins & any questions, you may have. And for our shy mommas, you can keep your video camera off. In addition, you will have access to a variety of resources including pdf documents, videos, books, and websites. 

Prayer Support

Prayer is powerful! If you'd like, we will guide you in how to pray with confidence over your pregnancy and delivery, asking the Lord to calm your fears and bring you peace. You will also receive Labor & Delivery Scriptural Prayer Cards.
